Under windows 2000 professional, after Rebooting I received a blue screen. View Answer » Question: "eth?.xis file is missing" Error message. I have tried sniffem on my desktop and both home laptops. All three uses lucent orinoco pc cards. My desktop works fine and pickes up both the Dial up and PC card adpater. However on both my laptops (one compaq and the other sony) I have a blank adapter file including no Dial up. On both laptops the error "eth?.xis" file is missing but everything works fime on my desktop. View Answer »
